Description:

     The DNA Marker I contain 7 discrete DNA fragments ranging in size from 100 bp to 700bp (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700bp). This marker is suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments. All bands (except 500bp) are supplied at approximately 40-50 ng/5μl. The 500bp are 100ng/5μl as a reference band. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.  

Store:

      Stable for at least 3 months at 4°C or room temperature. For long term storage, store at -20°C.
