Description:

     The 1 kb Plus DNA Ladder contains 12 discrete DNA fragments ranging in size from 300bp to 10kb (300, 500, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000, 10000bp). This marker is suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments. All bands (except 4kb) are supplied at approximately 40-50 ng/5μl. The 4kb are 100ng/5μl as a reference band. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.  

Store:

      Stable for at least 3 months at 4°C or room temperature. For long term storage, store at -20°C.
