Description:

     The 100BP LADDER DNA Marker contains 11 discrete DNA fragments ranging in size from 100bp to 1500bp (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1500bp). This marker is suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments. All bands (except 500bp) are supplied at approximately 40-50 ng/5μl. The 500bp are 100ng/5μl as a reference band. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.  

Store:

      Stable for at least 3 months at 4°C or room temperature. For long term storage, store at -20°C.
